Two Types of Sportswear Manufacturing Methods
Seamless Knitting
Start with yarn sourcing, not fabric. Yarn will be woven into semi-finished tube cloth by specialized seamless knitting machine, and then the tube cloth will be dyed according to Pantone color codes or customer requirements.
Cut & Sew
This is a conventional production method, which cuts and sews the purchased fabrics into finished sporstwear. Simple, but the flexibility of fabric pattern design is relatively low in seamless produciton.

Step 1: Sampling
#1) Show us your ideas via simple artwork, tech pack. Or send us an original sample you like for us to copy or improve.
#2) Or, select the styles you like from our catalogs, provide with your logo/brand for us to print on.
Step 2: Confirmation & Comments
Please check the sample & leave us your comments so that we can improve & modify them in mass production; Or, we can directly move to the third step if there is no problem with the sample.
Step 3: Production & Quality Checking
Sign a formal manufacturing agreement, strictly produce according to the final confirmed samples, 5 quality inspections through the entire production process.
